How a send actually moves

One pipeline, five steps, every time.

This is the same sequence whether it's a single test send or a bulk batch across the full IP pool.

01

Configure the send

Pick the list, the offer, the sending window and the IP pool it should route through.

02

Preview & suppress

Recipients are checked against suppression before anything renders — no send touches an address it shouldn't.

03

Send a test

A test copy goes out first, across major inbox providers, so rendering and links are confirmed before scale.

04

Send at scale

The batch goes out across the rotating IP pool, paced to protect sender reputation on every IP in use.

05

Log the result

Delivery, opens, bounces and complaints are logged against the campaign and folded back into suppression.
